I've been dealing with post-COVID issues since January 2021. Today (as of June 2024), I'm about 85% recovered. The symptoms that I still have are mild fatigue, sensitivity to light and touching certain things, occasional brain fog, frequent urination, and body pains. I had a lot of other symptoms (chest pain, SOB, air hunger, heart palpitations, etc.) in the past that eventually resolved on their own, so in this list, I will share some things that I did to help with certain issues.
