We tend to think that we have to sacrifice a lot to live fulfilled and healthy lives. The opposite is true. Sugar is a killer. Whole foods in proportion are a way better option. You can kill the sweet tooth by eating it in moderation.
What do they say? An apple a day keeps the doctor away. It all starts in the gut. No, it does not have to be perfect. Yes, taking small steps is the way to better your health. Choose the apple instead of the chocolate bar.

Many people disregard the importance of Vitamin D for the body. Vitamin D helps with immune support, enhances mood and can improve muscle function and growth.
You've guessed it! Gotta love the sunshine. Go for a walk, sun bath whatever you do don't forget your Vitamin D. Supplement if you have to.

Exercise is a must. At any age. As we grow older, we become weak and frail. Exercise boosts the immune system and gives us energy to make it through the day. A quick 20 min walk or a HIIT training for 20 min is all we need to get our bodies going.

Old habits die hard. This one was tough for me personally. I couldn't eat without having an ice -  cold cola next to me. Over the years I made better choices. Now I hydrate my body with the infamous H2O.
