My Travel Makeup Essentials

This is what I toss in my makeup bag everytime I travel, which tbh also makes this a great list for just good makeup in general, since a lot of this stuff just lives in my larger collection. I put prices in the description as I made this list, but ob...

Obviously everyone and their mom is in love with this blush, but it really does have the craziest pigment payoff of a liquid (or cream) blush that I've ever seen.

What I love about this product is despite many flights, the packaging holds up and doesn't *explode* like some other makeup.

I also love the warm flush of the Love shade. It's a terracotta that convinces people that maybe, just maybe that warmth in my face is from days in the sun and not makeup.

I'm in love with this powder and I've tried powders across the board from my expensive-as-all-hell Laura Mercier setting powder to drugstore e.l.f. powders.

As someone who uses setting powder on their undereye only, this powder really does the trick and is easy to manage getting out of the container. Plus I love that you can get a larger size for at home, but also a mini one for any trips!

The peachy-pink color helps out a ton with my dark eye circles when I have them, so it's a great fresh-off-my-flight friend.

Okay so what I love about this concealer is it does whatever you ask of it. It can be low to high coverage depending on build, and I personally feel like it builds well upon itself. It truly has a nice finish.

The large doe-foot applicator makes it so easy to control how little goes on your face, but also makes it so that you can put a decent amount on if you want to use it as a foundation.

I also as a darker girl do love the shade range, but I obviously cannot speak to everyone's experience and am far from on the darker end of the human skin tone spectrum.

Okay so I love myself a good WOC owned brand, but beyond that, I LOVE this Kulfi product for the fact that the packaging just feels so robust. The dual brush ends are both well-protected by the upper clear lid.

But that same lid doesn't budge as I open up to reveal the brow gel, which truly works all day and isn't weidly crusty on my darker brows.

For the record never in my life did I ever think I would be telling the internet to buy an eyeliner that's less than $5 but here we are.

I was at a concert with a friend when she showed me this product, the cutest dual-purpose face stamp and eyeliner. The fact stamp is cute and I love a little *something* when going to a musical festival or concert.

BUT the star of the show is the eyeliner, and specifically the pointed sponge tip applicator. It's firm enough that I swear to god my eyeliner routine went from being a few minutes long to happening in seconds.

Okay so you remember back in elementary school those 4-in-1 colored pens where you'd try and click down all 4 colors at once (and you never could.)

Well color-me-nostalgic with this product. I love that in one “pen” you're getting 3 products: an eyeliner, a brow pencil, a lip liner, and a precision highlighter.

I especially need to applause the brow pencil on this product. I wish I could buy it standalone because I would go through it so fast at home! The formula is amazing.

This was an impulse purchase but boy did it deliver. This eyeliner will NOT BUDGE. I've truly done the MOST in it without it even smudging or chipping.

This is great for any trips where you know you'll be spending time in bodies of water. If you're even considering it, please pick this up and thank me later.

I will disclaim, you should be decent at doing your own liner if you use this since mistakes require some eFFOrT to remove.

So obviously I'm far from the first person telling you, no BEGGING you to please invest in the Summer Fridays Lip Butter. It's really a no-frills ultra-hydrating formula.

It's not as thick and sticky as the Laneige day-use lip balms, but not as disappointing as some of the other lip balms and butters on the market in terms of hydration payoff.

I've tried vanilla and mint and found both “flavors” to be pleasant, not too sweet, and not overpowering.

One of my first makeup products was a Covergirl lip stain that has since been discontinued. What I loved about it was that I could apply it in the morning and feel fierce ALL day!

What I love about this lip product is that it also has some sort of staining component. So even when it feels like the product itself has worn off a bit, the color stays. I love being able to apply once and not think about it!

TSA-friendly with a design that slips easily into your travel fanny pack, it's no wonder that Touchland is a lot of people's favorite hand sanitizer. I gravitate towards the slightly pricier ($16 versus $10) hydration line since I found my hands can ...

The scent of this particular hand sanitizer is of Lily of the Valley which is my birthmonth flower (May baby!) I found it to be really pleasant and not as sweet as some of the other Touchland scents I've smelled.

Okay so the Loops face masks have been my newest obsession when I discovered I could grab them at my local Target.

The hydrogel structure of the mask makes it feel incredibly high quality and I've found it stays on a bit easier than the thin paper masks I've done in the past.

Maybe it's just placebo but I do feel like things penetrate deeper with this mask!

I'm obsessed with this scent and layer it with vanilla or scent oils to create something unique!

I love the mission and story behind Phlur and overall recommend supporting this brand for your travel fragrance purchase.
