First thing first Exercise! So buy only essential stuff for exercising comfly without much distratction.
Exersise Mat. Essential to comfly exersize everywhere on the ground when needed. Dont directly exersise on the ground even if you don't buy this.

Buy resistence bands to add difficulty to your workout routine. I Use ones for push ups and pullups but albait for a more intense workout. Anyway this i think is perfect for girls and thights, abdomen workouts
Resistance Loop Exercise Bands, Set of 5
Cardio Option: Bike 1. Not something fancy for starters. Just a decent bike. Go on a ride once, twice a week if you can. This helped me loose 20kg not kidding.

If you can Jump do it. Is the best cardio exist. Will workout your cordination also.
