These are all of the hotel options I was looking at, ultimately booking at Aleph Rome Hotel. All are located within the main city center of Rome and walkable or a short drive to the most popular destinations.
This is where I stayed during my trip. The room, service, and amenities here were all perfect! Their breakfast was great too.

I grabbed Tiramisu my first night in Rome at Pompi! I believe there are a few locations scattered around Rome. There are a lot of different flavors of tiramisu to try but I loved the pistachio one. ($)

A slightly hidden cafe within the Doria Pamphili Gallery where you can enjoy a small bite or a full entree while being surrounded by art. I would say it's on the pricier side for a cafe ($$$)

Tonnarello is a very popular restaurant so don't be surprised to see a long line. My husband and I waited 30 minutes in line for dinner, which went by faster than we thought! You will definitely satisfy your cacio e pepe cravings here! Portions here ...

The best pastries I had during my entire stay at Rome! This shop may look small and unassuming but their pastries are great. This would be a perfect stop before or after visiting the Vatican as it is just a 5-10 minute walk away. ($)

A popular spot for authentic Italian gelato! There were so many flavors to choose from here. Although the line can get long, service is very efficient. ($)

Food, drinks, and service here were top notch. This is definitely more of an upscale restaurant located in Hotel Eden and is a great place for a romantic dinner or a celebration. ($$$$)
Il Giardino Ristorante
Perfect place for a quick morning espresso and pastry. Sometimes if you're lucky, they'll write a personalized message on your cappuccino ;)

This gallery was stunning and such a fun sight to see! The gilded hallways were breathtaking to walk through. This place was also not very crowded when I went.

Galleria Doria Pamphilj
Such a cute and unexpected place in the middle of the city. These ruins are actually home to a bunch of rescued cats! A neat spot to rest and people (or cat) watch.

Located in the Villa Borghese park, this museum houses modern art which is a nice break especially if you've been going to the historical galleries/museums.
National Gallery of Modern and Contemporary Art
This park is huge! You can definitely spend half your day here. It was a nice break from wandering around the city, especially if the weather is good.

Only some cities in Italy have Uber available and Rome is one of them! I only had to use Uber once, which was from the airport to my hotel. Also Uber is considered more of a luxury here since it is only the Uber Black service that is available.
