The best way to see unique wineries in a short period of time is to book a concierge tour guide with transport like this one. The tour guide curated our tours based on our likes and dislikes. It was amazing

When you are ready to head to Sonoma for your stay rent a car, have it delivered to your hotel and take offffffff. When you are done drop it off at the airport before boarding your flight
