This is a staple in our house! I use it on sandwiches, to dip pretzels in, for baking, and in my daily smoothies!
SunButter No Sugar Added Sunflower Butter - 16oz
These go in my daily smoothies! We also use them for making homemade jam.
Frozen Blueberries - 48oz - Good & Gather™
Hands down my favorite hummus. I don't like the red pepper varieties from other brands. I use it on sandwiches, in pasta sauces, and as a veggie dip.
Red Pepper Hummus - 10oz - Good & Gather™
I use these in my daily smoothie, but the other way I love to use them is to defrost them for a minute in the microwave and add them into unsweetened coconut yogurt!

Great on their own, or dipped in hummus or sunbutter! We love having these as an option to bring with us on busy days. I just throw the whole bag in my purse.
Snyder's of Hanover Gluten Free Mini Plain Pretzels - 8oz
Gluten free bread crumbs are hard enough to find, but even harder to find nut free! These work awesome.
Truthfully, we don't get these often because they are small for the price. However, they are great to include in picnic lunch boxes. Especially when going places with non allergy kids as it helps make my kiddo feel included.
This is our favorite kind of pasta to make. Being we don't eat meat or dairy, the extra protein is awesome! The texture really holds up as well.
Barilla Gluten Free Red Lentil Penne Pasta - 8.8oz
Maybe not something you'd expect to see on an allergy friendly list, but these are a staple in our house! Toss some beans and a little dairy free cheese on there and you've got a very simple meal!
Old El Paso Gluten Free Stand 'n Stuff Yellow Corn Taco Shells - 4.7oz/10ct
These are a staple in our house for easy meals. Oatmeal is quick in a pinch and overnight oats are super lunchbox friendly. It's great for making energy bites too! **These are not purity protocol oats so if you are celiac please do your research on i...
Pro tip with these, they aren't spectacular straight from the package. Definitely crisp them in a pan. I love to spread them with hummus and roasted veggies!
We don't eat this often, but it's nice in a pinch! Don't go in expecting it to taste like Kraft… Accept it for what it is. I usually add in some extras like broccoli and kidney beans to make it more of a meal.
Annie's Organic Gluten Free Vegan Pasta - 6oz
This is my go to flour blend. I wouldn't consider it the 1:1 replacement that it claims to be. If you're making a cake that calls for regular flour…. it's likely not going to come out right. There's just so much more to the science of baking than tha...
Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour - 44oz
Sweet Loren's is my hack for when we are entertaining. I already have to cook most of the food so if a simple dessert will do, I just pop these in the oven. They are a crowd pleaser for sure!
We aren't huge cereal fans, but when we pick some up, it's usually cinnamon or chocolate chex. Bonus that they are great for making homemade snack mixes!
General Mills Chocolate Chex Sweetened Rice Cereal - 10oz
Fun fact, Skinny Pop is always vegan and GF!
SkinnyPop Original Popcorn Skinny Pack - 6ct - 3.9oz
We don't do a ton of processed stuff like this, but when we do, it's nice to have options that have real ingredients and aren't pumped full of sugar and preservatives. Wholly Veggie does a really good job.
Oat flour is my go to for baking most of the time. Muffins, quick breads, cakes, brownies, it works so well! The oats have a little bit of a natural sweetness already so they lend to the taste and it's not gritty like rice based flours can be.
Bob's Red Mill Oat Flour, Whole Grain, Gluten Free, 18 oz (510 g)
Excellent for baking, or eating on their own!
Enjoy Life Semi-Sweet Gluten Free Dairy Free Vegan Mini Chocolate Chips - 10oz
We always keep a pack of Better Bites in our freezer. It's a relief to have something on hand for last minute special events (bday parties, or kids passing out treats during extra curriculars)
Better Bites Gluten Free Vegan Lil' Mo Mini Cupcakes - 4ct
The ingredient list impressed me for these falafels, but also the taste! I like to make salads with these adding in romaine, spinach, tomato, and roasted chickpeas.
Frozen Vegan Falafel with Tahini Sauce - 10.2oz - Good & Gather™
The allergy statement for So Delicious works for our family so this is a MOSTLY safe brand for us. We need to stay away from the other flavored varieties because they use carrot.
Oatly is hands down our favorite ice cream. It's rich, creamy, and smooth. I've used it to make ice cream cakes and our dairy loving friends had no idea it was vegan!
Oatly Vanilla Non-Dairy Frozen Dessert - 16oz
Partake is top 9 free which make these a great option for lunchboxes and picnics. They taste great too and are awesome for sharing!
Partake Gluten Free Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies - 5.5oz
I love to eat one of these with grapes! Another awesome lunchbox addition as well.
Babybel Plant-Based Vegan Cheese Alternative - 4.23oz/6ct
I don't notice much of a difference between the hellman's vegan mayo and their regular. Even my picky husband likes it! We use it in all our normal mayo applications, salads, sandwiches, dressings, etc.
Best Foods Vegan Dressing and Sandwich Spread – 11.5oz
