In my experience a Keto diet mixed with Mediterranean food has given me and my past clients quicker results with a more satisfied stomach feel than just eating chicken, fish, and water. The food is about 75%-80% of your lifestyle change, so get to it and have guilt free eating.
Fitness books are so underrated because people feel they either already know what they are doing, or have some capacity to relate P.E. in high school to losing weight during their middle-aged years--it's different, everyone!
