I've been exploring books on spiritual healing, philosophy, communication, consciousness, subtle energy, and quantum physics for a very long time. I'm sure this list will continue to grow as I expand my library on these subjects but this is a nice collection of some of the most influential texts and card sets that I've come across so far.

My personal journey through Mind-Body Healing began when in adolescence when I was struggling with anxiety, depression, and chronic physical symptoms as well. I spent many years working on healing myself before getting to a point where I could function well enough to finish college and grad school, as well as training in several other mind-body healing modalities, and then started sharing the many tools and techniques that I had trained in formally and also practiced on myself. I've started putting together these lists of resources that I've been using and sharing with clients for the past ten years and I hope you'll find them helpful in your healing journey too.

Whether you have been practicing for a while or are just starting out with yoga and meditation, I hope this list will inspire and support you on your journey. I've been exploring various forms of mindfulness, meditation, and yoga for 15+ years now and I'm gathering up all of the best resources, tools, and products that I've found along the way.

I have always loved working with beads, and I especially love making healing necklaces / charms with crystal beads. This is a collection of a whole bunch of different beads and beading tools that I love. I hope you'll find some inspiration in it!

I've been writing ever since I was a kid, it has helped me to grow and heal through life in so many ways and I couldn't imagine living without it. I have always been an animal lover and my boyfriend and I actually have a dream of opening up an animal sanctuary as part of our retreat center some day. I've been exploring dog training, holistic healthcare, and cooking for my pets as well as loving and caring for strays for many years now and I thought it might be cool to gather a bunch of my favorite resources and tools in one place for other pet-people to enjoy.

I have been cooking and baking (and eating a lot 😏) ever since I was a kid and it is a passion of mine that I also really love to share with others. I'm starting to collect a variety of resources, tools, and books that I have encountered and found helpful or interesting throughout my cooking journey so far. Enjoy!

I grew up in the lower part of Westchester County (just a few miles north of NYC) and then I lived in Brooklyn for about 7 years during my early 20s, and more recently I spent a few years living in the Buffalo area as well. Many of my friends and family members still live in the greater NY area so I thankfully get to visit often and still enjoy a lot of the same old spots, restaurants, and experiences. I just thought I'd start putting together a list here with some of my favorite things about New York and I hope you find some interesting things to try whenever you're visiting!
